To successfully complete this qualification, you require nineteen (19) units of competence. These 19 units are comprised of three (3) core units which are compulsory and sixteen (16) general elective units.

||Receive and store stock
||Estimate/calculate mass, area and quantify dimensions
||Prepare workplace documents
||Implement and monitor health and safety procedures
||Lead a work team or group
||Apply quality systems
||Conduct induction process
||Promote effective workplace practice
||Follow security procedures when working with goods and cargo
Elective units selected provide a vocational focus for the qualification and are relevant to the qualification level, job role, work outcomes and local industry needs.
The course unit selection represents a reduced suite of elective unit options that have been selected and approved for delivery by Triumph Training Academy – this may not include the full elective unit suite of options available under the national qualification packaging rules.
